for grades 5-9
Registration Will be opening Soon
Conversation Improv Workshop 6:00-8:00 PM
Choir Room, Scranton Middle School
This workshop for Students in grades 5-9 covers active listening, meeting people where they are, learning to forgive the little mistakes, teamwork, and patience using exercises born from improvisation and filled with laughter. Finding a fun way to talk about some really important concepts in a safe and supportive environment is a major step toward handling difficult conversations with others.
How can I benefit from this workshop?
Think of all those challenging conversations you need to have—interviewing for a job, asking a teacher about a subjective grade, speaking to a friend about a concern, standing up to a bully…
Learn how to improve conversation and listening skills for sharing your ideas while hearing what others are saying!
